How to Contact Me

Website Contact Us Icons On Post ItOK – super short post here, but with everything going on lately, I have received more than my fair share of emails, calls, texts, tweets, instant messages, etc.  Not a problem obviously, but it brought to mind the various communication options we have now and it’s also clear to me what my preference is.  I don’t believe for a second that I am the only one with this opinion, so figured I’d share.

So here are Joe’s Top 10 Favorite Method’s of Communicating (in order of preference):

  1. Email
  2. Text
  3. Direct phone call
  4. Facebook message
  5. Instant message
  6. More email
  7. More texting
  8. Carrier pigeon
  9. USPS letter
  10. Voicemail (checked maybe weekly, if that)

Bottom line here is that if you call me and I don’t answer, if you want me to receive your communication, best not to leave me a voice mail.  My voicemail message actually mentions that.  Just call me back later or text me.

Not trying to be rude here, just being honest.  Who’s with me here?

Definitely text or email! I sometimes wish we could go back to the good old days where we didn’t have FB, Instagram, cell phones, etc. Life just seems so complicated at times with all this social media. My first preference would be on the beach somewhere where no one can find me. 🙂
